About Property Lifestlye

We are Property Lifestyle, a company specialising in property renovations and rentals along the South Coast of England.

We source a variety of quality properties that are run down and in need of a little tender love and care. Our projects include listed buildings, conversions and properties with extremely short leases, as well as routine flats and houses.

Our secret; we have a keen eye for investment opportunities outside the box.

Paul Banfield – Paul, as a Director of Property Lifestyle, is a property and finance expert, with over 20 years experience advising on Mortgages and Protection. Paul has an extensive knowledge and understanding of all Affordable Housing Options, including Shared Ownership, Staircasing and the Help To Buy Scheme. With regard to property development, Paul has a sharp eye for what the current market is demanding, as well as specialising highly in the requirements desired for a family or first time buyer home.  Paul works closely with investors and agents, to find the perfect renovation projects for the company.

Sam Black – Sam is Mortgage Administrator and Executive Assistant at Property Lifestyle and is currently training CeMAP, to join Paul as a financial advisor. In addition, Sam is the Development Project Manager, ensuring that projects progress smoothly, arranging and managing the renovation team and overseeing the projects’ progress from start to finish. The co-ordination and financial organisation is key to guarantee successful renovations.
